Tim Joined the Army at 17 which saw him serve in Iraq and Afghanistan on the frontline. After two operational tours he left the Army to join the private security sector which saw him leading security teams which were tasked to protect merchant shipping vessels in high risk environments. In 2015 Tim joined the education sector with him mentoring hard to reach children which lead him to develop his own business delivering team building and mentoring to school children which ended in July 2022. Tim lives in Norfolk and joined Step Together in September 2022. In his spare time, Tim enjoys getting outdoors, exercising and keeping fit.
