What do I do if I have a complaint?

You can make an informal complaint by firstly discussing it with your Project Manager. Your Project Manager will assist you to deal with your complaint. You can ask someone to help you to do this. If you feel your complaint has not been resolved, you can call our Head Office on 0117 955 9042 or email and we will investigate the complaint.

If the complaint is about your Project Manager, you can take it to our Head Office team, who will investigate as per Step Together Volunteering’s complaints policy. We aim to resolve any complaint as quickly as possible. If you would like a copy of the full complaints procedure, please ask your Project Manager or contact the Step Together Volunteering Head Office.
