Supporting Young People Across Bristol and South Gloucestershire

For more than 30 years, we have helped young people discover their strengths, build new skills, and explore their ambitions through volunteering. In 2017, we launched our Brighter Future programme in Bristol. Since then, we have become widely recognised for our work with young adults aged 16–25 who are facing significant barriers in their lives.

At the heart of everything we do is personalised, one-to-one support with no fixed time limits.

We understand that taking the next step can feel overwhelming, particularly for young people living with disability, past trauma, or challenging life experiences. Meaningful change takes time, and we are committed to providing the patience, understanding, and consistent encouragement needed to help each person move forward.

Through our support, young people can develop:

  • Confidence and self-belief
  • Clear personal goals and aspirations
  • Motivation, practical life skills, and improved employability

Every young person is unique, which is why we tailor our support to individual needs. We build trusted relationships that champion equality, celebrate diversity, and create inclusive opportunities for all.

We currently offer three core programmes of support:

1-1 Coaching
